If Sanaa Lathan can take on two creatures in 'Aliens Vs. Predator', why can't others. In her first action film, Ashanti is getting ready to kick some butt as Nurse Betty in 'Resident Evil: Extinction'. Together with Mike Epps, who returns as L.J., they team up with Alice to survive the virus.
'Resident Evil: Extinction' hits theaters on September 21st.
The second sequel to the $100 million hit, "Resident Evil: Extinction" is again based on the wildly popular video game series and picks up where the last film left off. Alice (Milla Jovovich), now in hiding in the Nevada desert, once again joins forces with Carlos Oliveira (Oded Fehr) and L.J. (Mike Epps), along with new survivors Claire (Ali Larter), K-Mart (Spencer Locke ) and Nurse Betty (Ashanti) to try to eliminate the deadly virus that threatens to make every human being undead... and to seek justice. Since being captured by the Umbrella Corporation, Alice has been subjected to biogenic experimentation and becomes genetically altered, with super-human strengths, senses and dexterity. These skills, and more, will be needed if anyone is to remain alive.

I'm glad to see Ashanti back in action, we all missed her. I hope she boned up on her acting skills and stays away from movies like "John Tucker Must Die" She should've known better than that.

I'm glad Ashanti is in this action pack movie. I can't wait to see how she is in it. I'm also glad she coming out with an album too. I hope both of them do quite well. I'ma go see the movie and buy her album just to support her.
