Vin Diesel, who's set to reprise his role as carjacker Dominic Toretto in the next Fast and the Furious film, will be seen this summer in the adventure movie 'Babylon AD', which comes out on August 29th.

A veteran-turned-mercenary (Vin Diesel) agrees to escort a woman from Russia to Germany, not realizing that she's the host for an organism that a cult wants to harvest into a genetically-modified Messiah. The film is based on the novel by Maurice G. Dantec

Directed by Mathieu Kassovitz, the film also stars Gérard Depardieu, Michelle Yeoh, Charlotte Rampling, Mark Strong, Radek Bruna, Melanie Thierry, and Lambert Wilson.
