WTF...Why is the only hispanic female represented in this movie not only portrayed as the other woman, but her occupation is the perfume girl at Saks?
No thanks...this latina is too busy working on her masters to spend her hard earned money to see a movie that keeps us type casted as the "dumb hot tamales".

This actually looks pretty good. It's certainly a star studded cast.

What about the black girl playing a lesbian? I guess that tops your latino girl playing a perfume girl at Saks. I guess we are both portrayed in a bad light a lot. Gee!! Why do they keep doing this kind of stuff?

If anyone has seen ( I doubt it, not to be funny) the original "The Women" you would see why the "other woman" is depicted in the way she is. As a Black woman, it would not have mattered to me what race the OW is, but that the film stayed true to it's course.
A couple of decades ago we were in an uproar about Danny Glover and the male roles in "The Color Purple".
When do we ever just look at a movie without such analyzation? If it merits analyzation, then do it, but not before ever watching it.
Now, if you want stereotypes, visit Birth of a Nation and then we can talk.

I saw the previews a couple of weeks ago, and it seems like it will be very good. No stereotypical roles, just women being women and their experiences. Very funny too. I'm happy for Jada, she needs to make more movies.

I love to see Jada Pinkett Smith act, I would also love to see her produce more sitcom too. She is a very talented woman and I would love to act in one of her TV sitcom one day.

Why is playing a lesbian considered being shown in a "bad light"? And no, that is not Amy Winehouse. The song ("mercy") is by Duffy, a singer from the UK.
