Any movie about someone with the lyrical, and freestyle skills of Biggie Smalls only demeans his legacy and his talent. Not to mention it can only leave a false impression of the true man. This western philosophy of getting money for every vestage of a person's greatness has ruined everything it has ever touched. Now it's coming after biggie.I hope nobody ever tries to do a hip hop movie about tupac shakur. There was nothing fake about him as a human being, and acting is make believe to began with. I sincerely hope no one taints his legacy by trying to imitate him in film. (Keep it real)

Does that go for documentaries too Ronaldmurphy? I have the Tupac Resurrection dvd. I thought it was very insightful. I would go see the film about Biggie. I thought he was great at his craft. I'm curious what legacy you think it would demean. The life he lived wasn't above reproach. What could a film do to lessen representation that we already know of him? I mean that as no disrespect to him. He kept it "real". Are we to "sanctify" him now?

um, that guy looks nothing like Biggie. Guerrilla Black looks more like him, and so does Sean Kingston. Hell Sean played little biggie in his "Sky's the Limit" video. Let's get it together, the output should've stopped at the greatest hits.
