While doing interviews for his latest film, 'Soul Men' in Los Angeles, Samuel L. Jackson talked briefly about his return as Nick Fury in the sequel to 'Iron Man' and working with Don Cheadle, who has replaced Terrence Howard in the role of Jim Rhodes. In the first film, Nick Fury appears to Tony Stark in his house letting him know that he wants to start the Avengers initiative.
Are we going to see more of Nick Fury in 'Iron Man 2'?
Samuel L. Jackson: I saw Jon Favreau last night (at the Scream Awards), and he told me we were. I was standing next to George Lucas and he said to me, 'Hey! I hope you are making your deal with them (Paramount)' and I was like, 'Really' (Laughs)
Are you excited to be working with Don Cheadle?
SLJ: Yes. Don and I are good friends and I think it's going to be an exciting difference. We'll see what happens. It's kind of amazing how (the switch from Terrence Howard to Don Cheadle) that happened.

Don Cheadle for war machine wtf are they dumb this guy looks like he smokes crack in between filming. The next title should be called Iron man 2 the fall of a sequel.

I think Terrence Howard is an extraordinary actor, and the Rhodey character fits him perfectly. Im so sad to know that Don Cheadle would replace him on thi roll, this kind of movies aren't what he usually does, not even this roll. He's a graet actor, but they're making a big mistake on giving him the roll of James Rhodes.

Michael Jai White would be perfect for War Machine.
No offense to Don Cheadle. He's a good actor, but every role isn't for everybody.

The whole Don Cheadle thing is the biggest load of crap ever! Why would they replace Terence Howard?! Why are they being so stupid? Howard was great in Iron Man! I absolutely despise when they change actors for the same character! WTF??!!

You know for some reason I think that Don Cheadle was a poor choice and what in the world did they move from Terrance Howard to this guy? Believe me he don't even fit the bill to me and why would they put this wrong face in this movie I don't know, I am so bummed out on that I was looking forward to seeing Terrance Howard come back for this role to me he really did fit...
