Coming out next month is 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen,' the sequel to the blockbuster film that came out in 2007.
Returning to the film are Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Kevin Dunn and John Turturro.
Directed by Michael Bay, Sam Witwicky (LaBeouf) again joins the Autobots against their sworn enemies, the Decepticons.
In the May/June issue of Creative Screenwriting Magazine, 'Transformers' screenwriters Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci state that when the story begins, the Autobots and the military have been waging a secret war against the Decepticons. As more of the giant robots continue to resurface, though, it becomes apparent that the Transformers have been part of Earth's history for longer than they've led mankind to believe. One group of bureaucrats even wonders if the Decepticons are only appearing because of the Autobot presence.
Desperate not to leave Earth undefended, Optimus Prime turns to Sam and asks him to become a human advocate, someone who will convince mankind that the Autobots should be allowed to stay. Sam refuses to believe he can help, though, wanting to go to college and live a normal life -- as normal as possible with the strange thoughts and visions that have haunted him since being exposed to the All Spark's primal energies two years earlier. Alas, Sam's refusal will have harsh consequences for himself, the Autobots and possibly the entire world. The Decepticons' fallen leader, Megatron, has been resurrected and brings with him an ancient evil from the Transformers' own history.
Tyrese reprises his role as Robert Epps, a member of the U.S. Air Force .
Dreamworks will release the film on June 24.

you say that you wear the AF logo across your chest everyday - unless you wear PT gear to work day in and day out then the AF logo isn't across your chest. another thing the correct acronym is CMSgt - which you should know as well if you are indeed in the AF. maybe you should've done YOUR homework before spitting off in a forum.

I totally agree! The "official" statement by the production company is that Tyrese had a line number for master in the first Transformers, in the second one he had been step promoted to chief! ROFL!!!! I cant laugh hard enough about this. A part of me says it is just a movie not a big deal. But part of me wants to strangle someone. I dont care who you are, you dont get stepped to Chief. That is a slap in the face of the chiefs.

Ok.. Here's the thing.. How many movies show enlisted army? Marines? Navy? Yeah.. Way too many to count.. How many show enlisted Air Force? Probably like 5.. that includes both Transformer movies.. 4 minutes of IronMan... and craptastic Stargate... Give us a break.. We just want it shown right in the few times we're on screen.. ooh and for the record.. Diego Garcia.. base of the autobots.. has no mountains.. no big expanses of scrub grass.. and uhh.. No big permanent aircraft hangars.. Its a tiny ribbon of land that looks like the outline of a foot..

I think this is ridiculous as well...it's probably the idea that "The more stripes, the cooler and tougher the character will probably look!!!" That's why young actors get to be Marine Corps Colonels and that kind of inaccurate mess...sorry Hollywood, but if you even remotely 30-something, you're not gonna be a General! (Or an E-9 CMSgt in the Air Force...haha!)
