Have we seen the last of hot young starlet Lauren London?
After making an appearance at Diddy's All-White Party in Beverly Hills during the 4th of July weekend, the actress confirmed all rumors surrounding her pregnancy.
With her latest film, 'I Love You, Beth Cooper,' opening up this week, suffice to say the 24 year old Los Angeles native will be taking some time off from her acting career after giving birth.
Starring 'Heroes' actress Hayden Panettiere, along with Paul Rust and Jack T. Carpenter, 'Cooper' chronicles the story of a nerdy valedictorian who proclaims his love for the hottest and most popular girl in school - Beth Cooper - during his graduation speech. Much to his surprise, Beth shows up at his door that very night and decides to show him the best night of his life.
London plays Cammy, one of Cooper's best friends.
According to the press notes, Lauren London's reaction to the script echoed the filmmakers': "When I first read the script, I thought it was hilarious, and I had to be a part of it. I wanted to be Cammy, not just because she's dry and bitchy, although that is fun, but because you can't hate her. She's likeable because she's telling the truth. Most people have social filters, but Cammy doesn't. She says what she thinks without thinking. It's funny and dry, and it has a sting. But it stays funny because, inside, you know she's a good person."
While she hasn't named who the father is, speculation is that rapper Lil' Wayne is the baby's daddy and that she's around seven months along the way.
According to Musikizme, Ms. London said, "I can't tell you who the father is but he is one of the top rappers in the country."
Her film roles thus far have included 'ATL,' with rapper T.I., 'This Christmas' with Columbus Short, an episodic role on HBO's 'Entourage,' and 'Next Day Air,' which came out earlier this year.

So is it Lil Wayne that she's speaking of. She could be talking about someone else. Remember Whitney thought Bobby was the king of R&B. If he is the dad, damn that's too bad, Lauren is such a pretty girl. However, if Lil Wayne can make supahead feel like she's the most beautiful & worthy woman on the planet, I'm sure he's treating LL like a queen. I believe she's a pretty intelligent young lady, at least she seemed to be on the Michael Baisden show.

THE ONLY REASON WHY I THINK THIS IS SAD BECAUSE HAVING BABIES OUT OF WED LOCK IS JUST SHOWING OUR YOUTH THAT ITS OKAY TO JUST HAVE KIDS EVERYWHERE. IT ALSO IS SHOWING THEM THAT FAMOUS PEOPLE DONT USE PROTECTION,WHAT TYPE OF ROLE MODELS ARE THESE. THIS GENERATION IS ALREADY MESSES UP AND TO SHOW SUCH CARELESSNESS ON LIL WAYNE PART JUST GOES TO SHOW THAT NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY U MAKE ,POOR CHOICES CAN STILL BE MADE. TO LAUREN LONDON YOUNG GIRLS TODAY ARE ALREADY CAUGHT UP IN THE BABY MAMA SYNDROME AND BE HER ALSO BEING A ROLE MODEL, HER FOLLOWERS ARE GONNA BE FOLLOWING HER FOOT STEPS

I believe marriage is a beautiful thing and that a child should be raised in the same house with the mother and father. I understand it's 2009 and times have changed. The term "babymama" is so trashy and ghetto to me. People expect young black women from the ages of 16+ to be unwed with about 2+ kids with multiple fathers. God gave us brains to think before we get ourselves into dumb situations. God also gave a human being an idea to come up with a great invention called the CONDOM. We as African- Americans need to hold higher standards for ourselves as a people. We need to think long term instead of just thinking about tomorrow. At least when your married and for some reason it doesnt work out, you'll be able to take a lot more than a child support check with you.

I think people she think before they jump into bed with anyone because the possibility is always a kid or a sexually transmitted disease. If he's sleeping with all these females aint no tellin what else he's leaving behind besides kids. One nite of pleasure 18 years of responsility and 10 years to wonder if you have AIDS!!!!! Think young people wrap it up twice it both parties responsilbilites to protect themselves.

Let's think about the child! Will this child be raised correctly with both parents in his/her life? No they don't have to live together, but it would be nice, young men thinks it's o.k to get young Beautiful women pregnant when they can afford it but raising a child takes more than MONEY! A little time could be useful. I'm not blaming it on Lil Wayne, if he is the father I would like to see them do the right thing and that's proving everyone wrong (including myself) and provide a stable up-bringing for this BEAUTIFUL BLESSING. To Lauren London and Lil Wayne congratulations on your new baby and put him/her FIRST!!!!!!!!!!

This is proof that having a little money and being attractive does not mean you have common sense.

My question is Why is everyone saying that Lil Wayne is the father? When in fact she stated she can't say, but it's one of the top rapper's in the country. I must say their are quite a few that are doing their thing and have been. It would be a rather {mouth hit the floor} type of thing if everyone is wrong about who her suspected unborn childs father is. So let's just sit back relax and wait for the truth!
