Michael Jai White will have two films out this fall: 'Black Dynamite,' which will be released in theaters, and the action film 'Blood and Bone,' which will go straight to DVD.
Directed by Ben Ramsey, 'Bone' also stars Nona Gaye, Julian Sands, Eamonn Walker, Kevin "Kimbo Slice" Ferguson, Bob "The Beast" Sapp, Tanoai Reed, Gina Carano and Ernest "The Cat" Miller.
Ex-con Isaiah Bone (White) is the new force in L.A.'s underground street-fighting scene. When he takes down the reigning champ, the local mob boss wants to enter Bone in a series of high-stakes international matches. Bone's refusal sets off an explosive showdown between two powerful enemies in which everything at stake.
Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will release the film on Sept. 15.

I luved it! Great characters & actors. It starts out unsuspecting; ghetto, "thugs", street fighter scenario. Intense fighting scenes, detailed & artistic,Michael White shines and exercises strength and agility. Nona Gaye is a beautiful, nurturing figure. Julian Sands always plays his characters exceptionally well, and that he did.
There were alot of symbolisms in the movie, with teaching & discipline evoked in the story line, & characters that appeal to both men and women alike.
