Cedric the Entertainer is back on his comedic game as he brings together a host of comedians, from Tommy Davidson to Aries Spears in 'All Star Comedy Jam,' a special produced by NBA player Shaquille O'Neal and Jeff Clanagan.
Filmed before a spirited crowd in Phoenix the night before this year's NBA All-Star Game, Cedric performs 30 minutes of his latest material in between comedy sets by Davidson ('In Living Color'), Kevin Hart ('Soul Plane'), Aries Spears ('Mad TV') and DeRay Davis ('Scary Movie 4').
'All-Star Comedy Jam' will be released on DVD on Sept. 8.
The hysterical 88-minute DVD features celebrity cameos by Katt Williams and Nelly and Ashanti and includes uproarious backstage commentary from each comedian.
The series recaptures the spirit of past successful franchises like 'The Original Kings of Comedy' and features some of today's hottest urban comics. It also provides the up-and-coming comedians with an opportunity to showcase their creativity and perform alongside the stalwarts of the business.

Go away for a few days and someone left the Black bufoon gate open. Again, why even say it? You saw how the jews made Michael Jackson take out references to their kind they deemed deragatory in the song "They Don't Care About Us". What they said about messy Jessie Jackson and MLK Jr. was correct and not a problem, but Rosa Parks'life after that incident was exemplary and that alone to me is worth taking a beat down if I ever see Cedric "The King of Bufoons" in person and also wish I could get my hands on that scumbag that assaulted her too. Men are the vanguard of women and children and men can be fairly judged by their collective condition and Black men as a whole has been a miserable failure to his women and children since the first european showed up on the shores of Africa because we don't deal properly with our wayward sisters and brothers. Shame on us Black men. Someone please watch the bufoon gate while I am away! So many bufoons and not enough time!
