Fox Searchlight has released some new photos for the upcoming romantic film, 'Just Wright,' starring Queen Latifah, Common and Paula Patton.
Queen Latifah stars as Leslie Wright, a straight-shooting physical therapist who gets the gig of a lifetime working with NBA All-Star Scott McKnight (Common).
All is going well until Leslie finds herself falling for Scott, forcing her to choose between the gig of a lifetime and the tug of war inside her heart. Oblivious to her romantic overtures, McKnight is instead drawn to the affections of Leslie's gorgeous childhood friend Morgan (Patton), who has her sights set on being an NBA trophy wife. Is Leslie destined to play the role of "best friend" forever or will Scott finally see that what he always wanted is right in front of him?
Set against the exciting world of championship basketball, the romantic sports comedy 'Just Wright' takes on the battle of the sexes and stars three of Hollywood's most charismatic personalities as they navigate the full-court-press of love.
Directed by Sanaa Hamri, the film also stars Phylicia Rashad, Pam Grier, James Pickens, Jr. and features cameos by several NBA All-Stars.

DAVID1 YOU REALLY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR MAKING SUCH A COMMENT. QUEEN LATIFAH IS A WONDERFUL ADDITION TO HPPLYWOOD, AND COMMON IS GREAT ALSO. WHY DOES THE LEADING LADY HAVE TO BE SKINNY AND WHITE, THATS A STEREO TYPE WE ALL NEED TO GET AWAY FROM. I SAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE IT FINE, THAT'S YOUR RIGHT. BUT DON'T INFLICT YOUR BELIEFS ON SOMEONE ELSE. IGNORANCE IS BLISS DON'T JUDGE WHAT YOU HAVEN'T SEEN.

We all pick and choose what we want to see and Sugar I agree with you. Stereotypes have taken over the big screen and it makes every movie like the last one and the next one. This movie will gain a lot of attention and publicity I hope! And, be it good or bad, it will be just that publicity which means it will get attention. I have not seen it yet but I can't wait!

@ David....A one note actress? Queen was nominated for an Oscar when she was in Chicago, and you call her one note? You sound like a total airhead, and a self hating a**hole. Why should the leading lady be a bag of bones white woman or a Lisa Torres type. Black women have been dealt a deck of bull by society at large and yo stupid ass is a part of that society. None of Will Smith's leading ladies were black. Black woman can do more that just give birth to lil dumb ass negros like you.

I guess he forgot about Hairspray. That was a FAT WHITE ACTRESS,Tracy Turnblad. Queen will nor has she ever been a one note actress. I'm glad she's getting the lead. I LOVE HER & COMMON!! I can't wait to see the movie. We now know he likes them thin & sickly. To each is own. Igorance is bliss, and people like him continue to prove that point ALL the time.

David, you sound just like that guy Anthony Brown on the Tom Joyner radio show who dissed the Queen in her role in the upcoming movie. You show your ignorance by talking about her acting abilities, saying things that you know nothing about. Did you ever see the tv show that she was on for five or six straight years? Someone else already reminded you about her role in the movie Chicago, and she was great. Roles for Black women are limited and you diss one when they get a leading role. I guess you would rather one skinny white girl getting it instead of a sister. Apparently your mom, sisters and other female relatives or wives or lady friends are white. Do us a favor, when you get one of your ideas, keep it to yourself, we do not need it!!

I had the priviledge of seeing this movie the other night and let me tell you, it was one of best/nicest movies I have seen in a really long time.
I thought it to be a beautiful story with beautiful people bringing out the best in each other. I loved it.
Already set the auto tune, to watch it again.
