Oscar Winner Jamie Foxx ('Ray') is set to do Seth Gordon's dark comedy 'Horrible Bosses.'

The New Line/Warner Bros. film already has Jason Bateman, Charlie Day, Jennifer Aniston and Colin Farrell in the cast.

The film centers on three best friends who, frustrated by their jobs, come to the conclusion the only solution is to kill one another's bosses. Foxx will play a scam artist named Motherf*cker Jones, who offers murder advice to the three pals. Bateman and Day are on board as two of the buddies, while Aniston and Farrell are slated to play two of the three employers.

Foxx's last film was the critically panned romantic comedy 'Valentine's Day,' which co-starred Julia Roberts, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner and Ashton Kutcher. He also has 'Due Date' with Robert Downey Jr. and Zach Galifianakis coming out Nov. 5 and is expected to go into action mode with Bruce Willis for video game adaptation 'Kane & Lynch.'
