Coming to home video on July 20 is a hip-hop film that reunites two actors (Jamie Hector, Wood Harris) from HBO's critically acclaimed series 'The Wire.'

Directed by Peter Spirer, 'Just Another Day,' centers on two men are struggling on both ends of the volatile hip-hop scene: one reaching for fame; the other desperately holding on to that precious notoriety. During the course of 24 hours, their paths will meet within the confines of this cutthroat and competitive industry.

Hector plays Young Eastie, a rapper who dreams of getting his first record deal. Willing to do almost anything to get his signature on a contract, he is thrown into a harsh business that accepts and destroys on a whim...dazzling, dishonest, irresistible. He hopes to get a deal through his hero, the legendary A-Maze (Harris). But A-Maze is facing problems of his own: He feels his place at the top slipping, and he will use anyone to stay there -- even Young Eastie.

The film features an array of hip hop talent: Trick Daddy, Lil Scrappy, Ja Rule and Petey Pablo.

'Just Another Day' is full of energy, passion and fury. It's a compelling look at the world of hip-hop, seen through the lives of two rappers: one ready to climb up the ladder to success, the other about to fall down those same steps. They'll fight for their careers in a world of underhand deals and over-the-top performers. Who will stay? Who will survive? Who will last 'Just Another Day'?

Hector will later be seen on the big screen in 'Night Catches Us' opposite Anthony Mackie and Kerry Washington, while Harris was recently in a few episodes of TNT's 'Southland.'
